Welcome to Gladia2 ("the Game," "the App," "our Service"), a mobile role-playing game developed and operated by Gladia2 ("we," "us," "our," "the Company").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Gladia2, you ("User," "Player," "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App.
Gladia2 is rated for players aged 7 and older. By using this App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, your parent or legal guardian must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
If you are a minor, we recommend obtaining parental or guardian consent before making any in-app purchases. Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring their children's use of the App and any purchases made through their linked payment accounts.

Each player may maintain only one active account per game server. Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages, circumvent bans, or manipulate game systems is prohibited and may result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.

All content in Gladia2, including but not limited to game software and code, graphics, artwork, audio, music, text, storylines, characters, game mechanics, trademarks, and logos are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Gladia2 for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

By creating or uploading any content to Gladia2 (usernames, messages, etc.), you grant us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

Upon termination, your license to use the Service immediately ends, you lose access to your account and all associated content, and no refunds will be provided for unused virtual currency or subscription time.

GLADIA2 IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AVAILABILITY, OR RELIABILITY.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, that defects will be corrected, that the Service is free of viruses or harmful components, or that your data will be preserved or backed up.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100), whichever is greater.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers or liability limitations. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gladia2, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party rights, or your user-generated content.
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally by emailing gladia2member@gmail.com. We will attempt to resolve disputes within 30 days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You and Gladia2 agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court and small claims court actions are permitted.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis only. You waive any right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and notify you through the App or via email for material changes.
Your continued use of Gladia2 after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules or guidelines we publish, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gladia2 regarding the Service.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or our right to enforce it later.
You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.

If you downloaded Gladia2 from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and Gladia2, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty services. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims related to the App. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms.
If you downloaded Gladia2 from Google Play, these Terms are between you and Gladia2, not Google. Google has no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or warranty services.
